As People Director at Reflect Digital, Sarah oversees the entire employee lifecycle, championing the belief that agencies should be environments where people do the best work of their lives.
With a 15-year foundation in education—including seven years as a Deputy Headteacher—Sarah brings a deep-rooted passion for leadership and professional development to the digital space. Her impact is measurable: through her bespoke training and wellbeing initiatives, she drove a 30-point surge in eNPS to an industry-leading 78. Her strategic processes also helped earn Reflect Digital a top-three spot in this year’s Best Places to Work awards.
Today, Sarah is at the forefront of integrating AI into the People function. She is currently spearheading initiatives to leverage AI for wellbeing improvement, workload reduction, streamlined policy communication, and personalised career progression. Sarah is dedicated to ensuring that, as technology evolves, the focus remains firmly on human strengths and growth.
