Martin Hynes is Managing Director of Business Computer Solutions (BCS), a Kent-based IT, cybersecurity and AI solutions provider supporting growing businesses across the region.

Since joining BCS in 2012 and stepping into the Managing Director role in 2018, Martin has led the business with a clear focus on one idea: technology should drive real business outcomes, not create hidden risk or unnecessary complexity.

Working closely with leadership teams across Kent, Martin has seen first-hand how AI is already being used inside organisations, often without visibility or control. His approach centres on helping businesses strike the right balance between innovation and stability, ensuring AI empowers people, protects data, and delivers measurable returns rather than short-term wins followed by long-term problems.
