Annabelle Webster is a business owner, trainer, and consultant with over 20 years of hands-on experience running real businesses. As Co-Director of South East Timber & Damp Ltd, a Business Trainer with Social Enterprise Kent CIC, and Founder of Annabelle Loves Business, a consultancy dedicated to supporting micro businesses. Annabelle brings a rare combination of practical experience and genuine understanding of what it takes to run an organisation when you are the director, the marketer, the HR department, and the operations team all at once.

Annabelle has always been driven by a simple question: how can we do this smarter? Over two decades she has integrated tools like Xero, CRM systems, and digital reporting platforms into her businesses. Not for the sake of technology, but to claw back time, reduce friction, and improve quality. AI is simply the next chapter of that same story.

More recently, Annabelle has run a series of webinars for SEK across Kent helping micro business owners understand and use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude in practical, accessible ways. She has completed the KICC PAIRAI course, created a bespoke AI-powered damp diagnostic tool for customer education, built internal AI training tools for staff, and uses AI daily to stay organised, including managing the very real demands of running multiple businesses (and currently opening a pub in Scotland!) while living with ADHD.

Annabelle’s message to business owners is refreshingly straightforward: AI is not magic, and it is not complicated, but you have to stay focused.
