Camilla Maurice is Project Manager for the Kent and Medway Local Skills Improvement Plan at the Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce, leading employer‑led work to identify skills priorities and deliver practical solutions across key sectors, including construction. She works with employers, industry representative groups and education providers to translate workforce demand into actionable responses including training, apprenticeships and curriculum development, that strengthen local talent pipelines and support a productive regional economy. With over a decade in further education, Camilla brings experience in Business and Digital curriculum design and delivery, programme leadership and employer engagement. She is committed to strengthening collaboration between employers and educators to develop workforce‑ready talent for current and future skills needs.
